FedEx Ground Economy Delivery details and package weight and size limits




Delivery time


Typically, delivery takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the distance from the package’s origin to its destination. Expect longer times outside the contiguous 48 states.

Maximum package size and weight limit

Packages up to 70 lbs. and 130" in length plus girth can be shipped. The ideal package weight is 1–10 lbs.

  • Orders ship within 2 business days

  • Ground shipping price from carrier
  • We will drop ship for an additional $3.50 fee

 

PetPals- 

  • In-stock product orders are processed within 2 business days and will be shipped from our warehouse in California. (Shipping lead time is subject to change without notice. Current shipping lead time is 7-10 business days)
  • Flat rate shipping terms (this applies to the original price of the product):
    • $15 flat rate shipping will be applied to each product(s)/case pack(s) over $20.00
  • Petpals Group will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at published FedEx rates.
  • Petpals Group no longer ships internationally or to AK, HI, and US territories. We can only ship within the 48 contiguous states.
  • Petpals Group will charge the merchant any and all fees associated with a bad address being provided and any unreasonable returns; meaning products that are not damaged or missing any parts. This excludes fulfillment errors and manufacturing defects.
  •  NO Return accepted for dropship orders. If there are any issues or missing parts from your order, please let us know within this time frame.
  • For manufacturing defects such as missing hardware or parts email us directly at customerservice@catrygroup.com.

  • Ships within 48 hours.
  • Always Free shipping in 48 contiguous states on stocking orders.
  • We no longer ship internationally or to AK, HI and US territories. 
  • Drop Ship Fee of $0.99!

 

 

DigPets- 

  • We NOW offer drop shipping! $2 drop shipping fee + shipping. Drop shipments are sent within 2 business days if the item is in stock.
  • Orders ship within 6 weeks
  • Items out of stock at the time of order processing are NOT backordered.  Please, reorder at a later date. 
  • Shipping from FL Ships UPS or USPS depending on the best rate.

 

Boss Pet Edge- 

  • $14.99 flat rate shipping on orders less than $150 to destinations within the contiguous US.
  • Free Freight on order over $150 to destinations in the contiguous US.
  • Ships from IL within 1-3 business days.  
  • Please note that Pet Edge does not process back orders - if the item you ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping you will need to place on your next order with us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Klearwater Mfg & Distribution- 

  • LESS THAN $395, Flat $14.95 shipping on all orders.
  • Most orders ship the same day they are received or the next business day.  KLEARWATER to determine best way to ship.
